Islam is a penal code and  several Islamic governments use it very well.  Remember religion has never been about God.  It is about man who invented it to control the masses and thus created a God and then slowly indoctrinated children by brainwash into believing the absurd and killing or suppressing those who don’t believe in the absurd.
