Slavery be it for race or gender is wrong and immoral. When something like an alleged religious texts states that slavery is acceptable, condoned, or overlooked then you should know that this is not inspired by a deity but by greed, lust and power of man.
These articles provide a number of sources that show just how the religion of Islam has ensured slavery and just how insidious it really is. Just remember that even the Bible has slavery in the text but Islam’s provisions seems to be far greater in offense and scope. Here is another amazement of mine in that many black Africans don’t question religion as it has been instrumental in the institution of racism just as it has been in sexism.

Now ask yourself this……………….Where did all of the Abrahamic Religions originate from and who occupied that area? I am going to explore this facade more on further posts.
